Today i have an owl money box to share with you. When i found him in a pound store i just knew he'd make a lovely Halloween ornament. I sanded him down, before painting him this terrific purple.
I stamped the images onto tissue, heat embossed, cut out fairly neatly and adhered to the painted owl with watered down PVA. Once dry i painted around the images to neaten the finish. I used sukura pens to do the details and around his eyes. A coat of vanish finished the owl off nicely. A cheap project, perfect for Halloween.
