DAY #13 OF THE 31 DAYS OF HALLOWE'EN

Welcome to DAY # 13
of this month long blog hop.
The full blog roll is in the side bar and all the details of prizes, rules etc can be found HERE.
Today its the dragons turn again.....
I have the cover of a hardboard book I am altering,
it was another of my pound shop finds....I love those places!
I stripped the pages, then covered with some Hallowe'en paper I've been hoarding...
I have covered all the pages, but only have the cover finished.... sorry,
I stamped (and decoupaged some of) the images, coloured with alcohol pens and pencils,
then fussy cut them. I composed a scene on the front cover of the little 'critters' having great fun 'trick or treating'. The word 'scary' is done with stickers.

So just for good measure today as I feel I have cheated you all a little I have 2 keyrings to show as well
Both are wooden cross shaped blanks that I covered with clay and stamped onto.
The one on the left is sort of steampunk Hallowe'en... with the fly on it...the one on the right more traditional Hallowe'en with a spider on a web.
I painted both with distress paint, one to look a bit like tanished copper the other to look like stone.

Promising book, so much to see on the cover already. When it's finished it will take a lot of time to "read" it!
The keyrings are also very good. They sure look like stone.

Das ist ein tolles Werk und die Schlüssel in der Steinoptik sehen einfach klasse aus.
Überhaupt habe ich hier auf dem Blog viele tolle Halloweenwerke verpasst.
