clock

Hi and hello everyone ..
It's me again, Suzanne, sharing an altered clock I purchased for little money.

supplies used
stamps
the man and his machine SW R12102 and morse receiver SW G12108
from plate 138 Steampunk II men and machines PLATESW138
stamps from plate 160 hardware findings II PLATESW160
flying man SW M06158

others
distress ink pad vintage photo
antique linen
StazOn ink pad stone grey
acrylic paint

Short and sweet this time :-)
The clock has been painted with two layers of beige acrylic paint, then stamped with the images mentioned above. When dry a wash of quin gold and black acrylic paint was added and dried with a heat gun to achieve those darker splotches. Finally the edges were sanded back a little and sponged with distress ink vintage photo. The clock face also was sponged with vintage photo and antiqie linen and I used the 'spritz and flick' technique on it.
That's all :-)

Thanks for stopping by today, hope you aren't too cold, wherever you are ...

Hugs, Suzanne xx
