Morning all, Thanks for stopping by, Mark here, and I'm sharing a gift idea today, I have decorated a wooden pencil case.
I started by painting the pencil case with Decoart paints, a white base and some colour washes. another coat of white and then it was sanded back to give the subtle colour tones.
I have used several colours of archival ink to stamp, I started with the checkers in blue, the spiral squares were stamped with paint and then the rest of the images were added with archival ink.
The edges were swiped with black archival and the inside was painted black.
To finish off I coated the box with Decoart's Satin Glaze.
Thanks for stopping by. xxx
