One of my daughters adores Alice in wonderland,
today and, every Friday in April I'll show you pages from the journal
I have made for her.
It started life as a spiral bound drawing pad.
Her middle name is Alice, her first name begins with 'M'....
being a weirdly unique individual, she often uses M.Alice, on forms, projects etc...
so on the first page I have Alice holding up the 'M'.
Lots of masking needed here.... then coloured with distress inks, fussy-cut and adhered
to the background paper.

I have used a black and white scrapbook paper pad as the base for this journal.
This is the inside of the cover.... a hidden pocket at the top,
a circle for her to write notes in,
I used the small 'Spade' stamp to add interest to the background design....
and the little running Dormouse she has a pocket containing note paper that
I stamped the corners of.....

and another pocket with stamped note paper included.

Below is the outside front cover....

Supplies used
Stamps used
ALICE IN WONDERLAND (cherry pie, sold as plate only) CP48
(used Alice reaching, running mouse, playing card suits and cheshire cat)
CHESS PIECES N6007NS (used just the knight)
Thanks for stopping by,
See you next Friday with more pages from this 'M' Alice journal.

What a wonderful project! It needs lots of patience because of all the masking, but the result is stunning and unique!
