Underneath that page was the start of a journaling page I did not like so I added Gesso and arylic colours to cover it up.
I added stenciled papers (Butterbrotpapier) and adhered them to my page. I wanted to see how transparent German Butterbrotpapier gets.and whether it was as easy to apply as Seidenpapier.
And yes, it worked out perfectly. The Advantage of the Butterbrotpapier is that it is thicker and therefore together with the gelli plate that is a big advantage when pulling the print.

Such pretty, pastel colours - beautiful. I often gesso over older pages if I really dislike them... but it's nice to know other people do it, too!
